Responsibilities:
· Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Assist with general ledger entries, including accruals and prepaids
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts
· Support monthly and year-end close activities
· Prepare and maintain financial schedules and supporting documentation
· Assist with financial reporting and internal analysis
· Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
· Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
· Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, or special finance projects
· Provide backup support across AP, AR, and other functions
Education and/or experience:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
· 2+ years of accounting experience
· Understanding of accounting concepts (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
· Experience with accounting systems, meeting software, and cloud-based storage
· Proficient in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with month-end close
· Experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment
· Familiarity with basic financial reporting
· Exposure to cost accounting or inventory accounting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
