Infant & Toddler Support Teacher (Flexible Classroom Role) – Full Time - Weekly bonus - details below.
Love working with infants and toddlers — but also enjoy being part of the whole school?
We are hiring a full-time Support Teacher who will rotate between classrooms as needed, with a primary focus in our toddler and infant rooms.
This position is ideal for someone who feels most comfortable with babies and young toddlers, but also values being a dependable team member wherever support is needed.
You will work in every age group at times. Your home base, however, will often be our youngest learners.
Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$23.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
- PLUS $2 per hour if you don't call out for any shifts during the week. Weekly attendance bonus resets weekly. For example, if you worked 38 hours, you would receive a $78 bonus that week. Resets weekly. Easiest bonus of all time!

What This Role Looks Like
- Supporting infant and toddler classrooms regularly
- Rotating to preschool and pre-k classrooms when needed
- Covering breaks, transitions, and planned absences
- Maintaining routines and classroom structure
- Communicating professionally with families and staff
- Following Minnesota Rule 3 licensing standards
This is a key team position that keeps the school running smoothly.
