Mia’s is a high-energy new Baja-Mediterranean restaurant in Solana Beach looking for a confident, experienced Bartender to join the team.
The Role
We’re seeking a skilled bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in crafting great cocktails. You’ll be a key part of the front-of-house energy, delivering excellent drinks and service to our guests.
Hours: Part-time, 18–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (required)
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Confidence and composure behind a busy bar
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and guest experience
