Key Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist residents with mobility and safety
- Administer medications after completing training
- Work closely with nurses and team members
- Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Required
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to complete our free training program
- Experience in caregiving or working with seniors (not required)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
