Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional cleaning experience in office spaces and/or commercial facilities
- Experience with commercial environments such as offices, retail spaces, or medical/professional suites preferred
- Bilingual preferred: English required, Spanish a plus
- Ability to provide proof of prior cleaning work (references or photos)
- Must reside in the Dallas area
- Reliable transportation
- 21 years of age or older
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies (affordable brands and dollar-store equivalents are acceptable)
What You'll Be Doing
Following a standardized cleaning checklist to meet brand standards across commercial properties, including:
- Bathrooms and restrooms
- Kitchens and living rooms
- Baseboards, refrigerators, and kitchen cabinets
- High-touch surfaces and entry points
Communicating professionally to support scheduling and job coordination across multiple property types.
Required Supplies & Equipment
Contractors must arrive to every job fully equipped with the following:
Cleaning Solutions
- All-purpose cleaner
- Glass and surface cleaner (Windex or equivalent)
- Disinfectant spray or wipes (EPA-approved)
- Bathroom/toilet bowl cleaner
- Floor cleaner appropriate for tile, hardwood, and commercial flooring
- Stainless steel cleaner
- Degreaser (for break rooms and kitchens)
- Odor eliminator/neutralizer
Tools & Equipment
- Microfiber cloths (multiple — color-coded recommended to avoid cross-contamination)
- Scrub brushes (toilet brush, grout brush, detail brush)
- Broom and dustpan
- Vacuum cleaner (commercial-grade preferred)
- Extension duster for high surfaces and vents
- Squeegee for glass and mirrors
- Spray bottles (labeled)
- Scrub sponges and non-scratch pads
Protective & Safety Gear
- Disposable or reusable rubber gloves
- Shoe covers
- Apron or uniform
Organization & Professionalism
- Caddy or cleaning tote to transport supplies
- Trash bags (multiple sizes)
- Paper towels
- Wet floor signs
Affordable brands and dollar-store equivalents are acceptable. Supplies must be brought to every job — In Vogue Cleans does not provide materials.
This position is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control their availability and are responsible for their own transportation, supplies, and equipment.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
