We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay: $24.20 - $29.10 per hour
