What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of car insurance
- Ability to travel between clients throughout Pinellas County
- Ability to pass a local and Level 2 federal background screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various positions for extended periods
- Comfort working in natural environments (clinic, home, school) with caregivers or school staff present
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with BCBAs and the treatment team
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field (or currently working toward one)
- At least 1 year of experience as an RBT
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (must be fluent in spoken and written English)
