Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, keeping logs, and organizing documents.
-Prepare orders and bill customers.
-Check out customers and provide assistance in our retail area.
- Assist with cutting order instructions and maintaining records.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
-Bagging/preparing orders and loading orders in customer vehicles.
-Assist with handling livestock when needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer, email, Point of Sale platform, and social media platforms.
-Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
-Knowledge of and passion for livestock, butchery, and meat cuts would be ideal but not required.
