Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule inspections so our sales team can try to turn them into a new customer. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to make effective calls to set appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to generate leads and set appointments.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions and manage client relationships effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform strategic planning initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
