Job Title: Property Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 200 - 300 size apartment community. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service driven, and capable of managing leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day property operations
- Manage leasing activities including tours, applications, and move-ins/move-outs
- Maintain high occupancy levels and minimize vacancies
- Handle resident communications, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and unit turns
- Conduct regular property inspections (interior and exterior)
- Enforce lease terms, community rules, and policies
- Manage rent collections, notices, and delinquency follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure property appearance and curb appeal standards are met
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of property management experience required (multifamily preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Reliable transportation
