Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and performance of the Auntie Anne’s location. This position oversees daily operations, develops team members, drives sales growth, maintains food safety standards, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Managers are expected to work alongside their teams, actively participate in store operations, and lead from the front while balancing operational and administrative responsibilities. This position regularly participates in food production and front-line operations, including supporting guests, assisting with production, and maintaining operational standards during peak periods.
Store Managers should expect an average workweek of approximately 45 hours based on business needs.

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards

Monitor sales performance, labor management, and controllable expenses

Execute operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability

Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively

Maintain strong operational execution during peak periods while supporting the team directly
Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders

Build a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture

Conduct performance conversations, coaching sessions, and corrective action when necessary

Create schedules that align labor goals with business needs

Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Business Management

Maintain accurate inventory, ordering, and product management processes

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication, reporting, scheduling, and operational tracking

Manage cash handling procedures, deposits, and operational audits

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Qualifications

Previous food management or supervisory food service experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds

Food Manager Safety Certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification required
