Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plumbing Field Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years of plumbing service experience to lead and oversee plumbing techs and projects. This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while maintaining strict adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key team leader, you will coordinate field operations, manage plumbing teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Manage plumbing teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, mechanical standards, and construction regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the use tools necessary for plumbing tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, safety incidents, and project progress reports.
- Support team members with technical guidance on interpreting technical drawings or schematics related to construction plumbing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on service experience in residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing plumbing teams on construction sites or in field service roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing codes, mechanical knowledge, and construction plans.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, drain equipment, and schematics interpretation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and opere construction site equipment as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations or repairs.
- Valid driver’s licen
