CNA / HHA Caregiver
Consistent Solution Nursing is hiring dependable and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide private duty care throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities.
We are an RN led home care company focused on providing consistent, high quality care to older adults in private homes, assisted living communities, and memory care settings. Many of our clients need support with dementia, mobility, personal care, companionship, fall prevention, and daily routines.
Available Assignments
- Day and overnight shifts
- 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Weekend availability
- Live in assignments may also be available
- Cases located in Newton, Weston, Brookline, Belmont, Lexington, Concord, Wellesley, Needham, Bedford, Burlington, Cambridge, Framingham, and surrounding towns
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
- Provide companionship, supervision, reassurance, and emotional support
- Support clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, or other cognitive and physical conditions
- Provide reminders and redirection using a calm and respectful approach
- Assist with walking, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
- Provide light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Accompany clients to appointments, activities, or errands when required
- Observe changes in the client’s condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Complete accurate daily care notes
- Follow the client’s care plan and communicate professionally with families, nurses, and care managers
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification preferred
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Dementia and memory care experience strongly preferred
- Reliable, patient, attentive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to assist with personal care and mobility safely
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for driving assignments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
