Responsibilities

Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Review claims and billing information for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation.

Investigate billing denials and assist in identifying root causes.

Support efforts to reduce denials and improve reimbursement rates.

Generate reports and provide billing data to internal departments as requested.

Collaborate with Billing, Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve billing-related questions.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding sensitive client and employee information
Qualifications

Previous healthcare, medical billing, insurance billing, or administrative experience preferred.

Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and proficiency with Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
No Degree? No Problem.
Formal education is not required for this role. Applicants with at least one year of payroll or administrative experience, knowledge of healthcare billing processes and revenue cycle management, proven ability to analyze reports and identify trends, a dependable work ethic, or strong professional references are encouraged to apply.
