Operate offline die cutting machines; perform machine setup, make-ready adjustments, and monitor production.

Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and identify/correct defects, adhering to ISO, cGMP, and HACCP standards.

Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on equipment to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 3+ years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations related to weights and measurements.

Experience with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters.

Competitive hourly pay ($25.00 – $36.00).
