Duties
- Conduct in-home consultations to present product solutions tailored to each customer’s shower or bath needs.
- Manage existing accounts by providing follow-up support, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as SalesPro to build estimates, generate quotes, create and sign contracts and finance the transaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales confidently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos that highlight key features and advantages, fostering trust and enthusiasm.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on direct customer engagement.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Background in retail sales, technical sales, or technology-related product demonstrations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell solutions, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously with analysis skills for strategic planning. Pay: $66,935.45 - $280,610.44 per year
