Responsibilities

Supervise cooks and kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist General Manager in matters related to Back of House
- Maintain quality and consistency of all food served
- Work line positions
- Manage BOH labor cost as well as food costs
- Train new cooks
- Help with the kitchen staff schedule
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
- 2+ years line cook experience
- Preferred Responsible Food Handler Certification
