Walker Construction Group is a concrete and masonry contractor serving commercial projects throughout Central Florida. We are looking for dependable, hardworking construction laborers to join our team. Experience in concrete or masonry is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting masons and concrete crews on commercial job sites
- Mixing mortar, grout, and concrete materials
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
- Setting up and breaking down job sites
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining a safe job site
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with layout, demolition, excavation, and general construction tasks
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required)
