Position Summary:
We invite compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center, where we provide high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the care team
Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Maryland
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
