We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and early intervention, with a strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct patient care through individual or group therapy sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in speech therapy to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about speech and language development and disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and healthcare providers, to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist and at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to speech therapy.
- Experience in early intervention strategies for children is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric care practices and school-based services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
