OSM Aviation Academy is a professional, fast-growing flight training organization dedicated to providing high-quality pilot education and exceptional service to our students. We operate every day of the year, including holidays, to support our busy training environment, and we are now looking for a full-time Flight School Dispatcher to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to oversee daily dispatch operations. This is not a pilot position. We are specifically looking for someone interested in a long-term, full-time role within our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule flights and simulator sessions based on our training syllabus
- Monitor aircraft status and communicate any issues or maintenance concerns
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist students, staff, and visitors
- Perform receptionist and administrative tasks as needed
- Support daily operations in a high-activity environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in a flight school environment is required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work full-time within our operational hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Long-term commitment preferred
