Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and provide a welcoming, friendly experience.
- Vehicle Prep & Quality Check: Pre-treat and prep vehicles to ensure high-quality wash standards on every vehicle.
- Sales & Membership Upselling: Assist customers with wash options and membership packages to increase your commission payouts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep wash bays, vacuum areas, equipment, and property clean, organized, and safe.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills (required).
- Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work on your feet and comfortably work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
