Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our lively hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to our guests. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety procedures.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Assist in setting up tables, bar stations, and ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Engage with guests to provide friendly service, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
- Follow all sanitation procedures and food safety management practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service or bartending is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic food safety management practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, menu items, and operational procedures.
