Job Description
We would like to see candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a clerical support role, especially telephone customer service-related responsibilities. HR experience is preferred but not required.
Basic duties/responsibilities are as follows:
Serve as the receptionist answering all incoming calls to the Trial Court’s main phone number.
Answering general questions from the public about court operations.
Directing calls to appropriate contacts/departments.
Retrieve department mail and distribute to appropriate parties.
Maintain and update scheduling of HR conference room.
Retrieve and/or update information in employee files as requested by other HR staff.
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
1-2 years of experience in a clerical support role. Required 1 Year.
Experience with telephone customer service. Highly desired.
Experience within HR. Nice to have.
