Job Summary
The Customer Service & Quoting Specialist supports our clients by building accurate manufacturing quotes, managing orders, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
This role is customer-facing but requires strong attention to detail. A background or interest in quality, chemistry, or technical documentation is a strong plus.
Nutraceutical lab experience is a welcome plus, but not required, for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build nutraceutical manufacturing quotes (raw materials, production, packaging, logistics)(We thoroughly train to perform this job function)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Communicate order timelines, requirements, and updates clearly
- Process and track customer orders with accuracy
- Partner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Warehouse teams
- Review specifications and technical details to ensure orders meet quality standards
- Participate in special projects that support business growth
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or client-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and follow issues through to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or coursework in chemistry, biology, food science, or related field
- Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA Part 111, or quality systems
- Experience building quotes or supporting sales in a manufacturing setting
