The Construction Crew Lead will provide leadership and guidance for a crew and third-party individuals while effectively executing all phases of projects from planning to completion.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently manage construction projects from start to finish while monitoring daily activities of all personnel at construction site.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure project is completed in accordance with plan and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for enforcing all health and safety procedures and guidelines to all personnel on site
- Ability to read, plan and communicate with all personnel involved.
- Ability to document, report, submit required daily paperwork including daily tracking and submission of costs, employee’s time and tasks completed.
- Communicate with client/personnel to handle all on site communicate with ability to remediate problems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license required with Class A CDL preferred
- Ability to travel
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Experience in oil and gas production, pipeline construction required
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
