A growing company is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in New York City. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintaining the quality and assurance programs
- Monitor production procedures on a daily basis and report to relevant personnel to solve the problems found
- Conduct inspections on finished products and sample products
- Conduct responsibility analysis based on product repair documentation.
- Assist relevant departments regarding the repair fees charged and the products returned back, and help determine the causes of damages.
- Contact the supervisors of production lines to provide product quality data
- Investigate the causes of inferior and /or delayed products and provide written reports
- Monitor production safety and the cleanness of the factory area.
- Respond to end customer inquiries regarding product quality and reliability
- Travel to investigate various issues and perform field testing in job sites.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or civil engineering required.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in manufacturing industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
Salary:
- Gross hourly rate: $21.00 ~$23.00 per hour
