We're Hiring: Nursery Staff ( The Woodlands First Baptist Church)

We are a welcoming, community-focused church in The Woodlands, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable, and nurturing individuals to join our Nursery Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with little ones and wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven environment.
What We Offer:

Shifts:
- Sundays (Required): 8:30 AM – 12:15 PM
- Tuesdays: 8:45 am - 12:15pm
- Thursdays (Optional – FM 1488 location): 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
- Special Kids Events, required (during the school year): 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with children
- Friendly, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Actively engaged with children ( sitting on the floor, bending, playing, interacting, and creating a fun, safe environment
- Dependable transportation to ensure consistent and punctual attendance
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable changing diapers, assisting with potty training, holding, and carrying children as needed to provide care and comfort.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in any classroom as assigned.
- English speaking (Spanish is a plus!)
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain within 90 days
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
