Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email, providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, including follow-ups and reminders.
- Answer client inquiries regarding pet care, services, and clinic policies.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pet-related setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion for animals and their owners.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in animal care is a plus.
