Leggera Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our Assembly Department on 2nd Shift. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications and quality standards before they leave our facility.

What You'll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you will support our quality objectives by:
- Performing visual inspections of manufactured and assembled parts to verify compliance with quality standards
- Validating vision inspection systems through Red Rabbit testing procedures
- Inspecting production tools and equipment prior to use on manufacturing jobs
- Properly identifying and tagging containers in accordance with quality requirements
- Utilizing Plex software to document and report suspect or non-conforming parts during production
- Collecting and maintaining quality data to support GP-12 reporting and customer requirements
- Working closely with supervisors, machine operators, setup technicians, and programmers to identify and resolve quality concerns
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Basic math and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Preferred:
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience
- Experience with quality documentation systems and production reporting
- Familiarity with Plex or similar manufacturing software
