Responsibilities
● Diagnose and repair furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
● Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
● Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, gas, oil, and control issues
● Clearly explain repair options to customers
● Complete accurate job notes and upload photos
● Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
● Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff
● Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
Qualifications
● HVAC service experience required
● EPA Certification
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
● Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
● Experience with residential heating and cooling systems
● Comfortable using mobile work order software
● Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
