We are looking to add a stellar candidate to our Service Department Call Center in our Rumford location. This is a permanent full-time position (38-40 hours), with benefits and growth possibilities within other departments of our company.
The hours of availability are Monday-Friday 8:00a-6:00p with a once a week, alternating Evening shift (11:30a-8p) as well as an alternating Saturday shift (8am-5p). It is a 5-day work week, and we are closed on Sundays. Specific shift will be discussed and decided upon hiring.
Experience in Customer Service, multi-phone line, fast-paced call center is preferable. Requirements would include proficiency with computers, communication by email, well organized, ability to multi-task and follow direction, take initiative, and have excellent customer service skills. Plenty of opportunities for cross training and growth are available within the company!
Performance will be reviewed after the first 90 days with a potential for an increase based on experience and performance. The position includes additional, incentive pay for working the evening shift.
