Job Type
- Remote
- Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Note: Initial training of 20 days will be conducted onsite from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects
- Write customized and compelling proposals for clients
- Communicate professionally with international clients
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the development team regarding project requirements
- Maintain follow-ups and client communication
Requirements
- BSCS or any other computer-related field is required
- 0–6 months of experience in Upwork bidding or lead generation
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic understanding of web and mobile app development services
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
