What You'll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial construction project operations, personnel, and field activities
- Accompany the Project Superintendent into the TSMC jobsite to perform site walks, inspect installation areas, and review piping layout and routing plans
- Provide Mandarin/English translation and communication support between management, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site workers
- Monitor and supervise subcontractor crews during daily pipe installation work to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards
- Complete and maintain daily reports, field documentation, installation records, and other required project paperwork in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Degree in construction management or related field or relevant experience is a plus, not required.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and related software.
