A day in the life of you, our office manager:
8 AM- let’s get our one-on-one weekly meeting started with today’s assigned team member!
A 15 minute meeting to celebrate our individual wins, and set action steps for each team member to stay on track with our goals. It’s so rewarding to be a part of the instant growth potential for talented and driven team members!
8:15 AM - a 5 minute huddle with the team!
We pick one of our 5 core values and share what it means to embody that value! We align as a team and share a quote to get energized.
8:30 AM
The first patients walking in, phones ringing, online confirmations - we’re off to a great start! Let me check the route slip and make sure I have all the info for Doc.
10 AM - Now we’re moving!
I have my notes ready for my 10 AM meeting. Remote teams seem to be up and running just fine.
Let me also make sure I have the resume and job application printed for the assistant I am interviewing today!
Look, it’s our friendly neighborhood Spider Man..I mean FedEx man here to pick up my package.
12 PM
It was great catching up with Mr. Mendez. I am so glad we were able to get him in this morning! He was super grateful for what we did to help him with his emergency.
1 PM - Lunch time
Busy morning. Let me pat myself on the back! We kept patients moving. Trays are ready for the afternoon, sterilizer is running with the morning instruments. Beautiful day to grab lunch from the Subway two stores down! Or should I do pizza again?.... I told myself I wouldn’t!
2 PM
The crown patient is checked in and ready to go. Tight shift this afternoon!
4 PM
Oh wait, let me make sure I have verified our crown patient's case is ready to be picked up by our friendly, neighborhood FedEx man.
It’s been a busy day and I want to finish strong!
6 PM
It’s 6 o’clock already?
Whew.. the day went by fast.

- 7:45am - 6pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
- 10am - 1:30pm Tuesdays
- Compensation:
- $60,000 – $72,000/year
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Location: Austin, TX (In-person)
