We’re seeking an Executive Director who brings both heart and initiative—someone who can support clinical intake needs while also helping grow our presence and referral relationships across the service area. Salary DOE!
- Manage all aspects of this growing homecare office.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and leadership.
- Serve as a resource for caregivers, providing guidance, oversight, and support related to client care needs.
- Provide leadership to nurses locally and throughout the state as they support assessments and supervisory roles.
- Assist with caregiver management, including education, care plan implementation, and communication to ensure quality care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- A driven, compassionate professional who genuinely cares about seniors and their families.
- Familiarity with Veteran paperwork is a Plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who thrives independently and takes initiative without constant direction.
- Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with a growth oriented personality
- Previous experience in homecare, community health, admissions, home health or hospice preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
