Hillsbrook Village is seeking experienced, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time care team. What You’ll Do
Clinical Care and Oversight
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
- Perform assessments, document care, and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members as needed
Leadership and Team Support
- Supervise and support CNAs/LNAs and care staff during the shift
- Conduct shift reports and ensure continuity of care
- Serve as a key clinical presence and decision-maker on the floor
Resident-Focused Care
- Provide hands-on support with ADLs when needed
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire
- CPR certification required
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
