Light Prep / Slicing Meat and Cheese (Afternoon / Evening) Starting At: $15/hour + ($3-$4 in tips per hour)

Duties
- Slice deli meats and cheeses accurately and consistently
- Portion ingredients according to recipes and prep guides
- Complete light food preparation for daily service
- Prepare and organize ingredients for the kitchen and sandwich line
- Label, date, and properly store prepared food
- Keep prep areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Help restock the kitchen and deli as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist the team with other kitchen tasks when needed
Skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow recipes and portioning guidelines
- Comfortable using a meat/cheese slicer or willing to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous restaurant, deli, or food-prep experience is a plus, but not required

- 5 Days A Week
- 4-5 Hours

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
