Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems such as Clover POS and/or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a nightclub or banquet setting
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Clover POS and/or Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and retail math is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with catering services or large event setups is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs confidently
