Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a welcoming environment at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide information effectively
- Process incoming orders accurately using Softpro Select and Excell
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of office equipment operation including printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
