NOW HIRING – Quality Control Technician (Bilingual) | Ontario, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:45am- 2:00pm
Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Minimum 1 year of quality control or related experience
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must pass E-Verify
- Do NOT apply if you do not meet the minimum qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform functional, visual, and dimensional inspections using appropriate tools and equipment (calipers, gauges, microscopes, etc.).
- Verify compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed QC documentation.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inspection checklists.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality procedures.
- Conduct random sampling, audits, and line clearance checks as required.
- Train production staff on quality standards and proper documentation practices.
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Track quality metrics (defect rates, rework, scrap) and prepare reports for management.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
