Entry-Level Sales Representative / Appointment SetterPosition Overview
Empire Energy is seeking motivated, energetic, and coachable individuals to join our growing Sales Team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives / Appointment Setters.
In this role, you'll connect directly with homeowners throughout your assigned neighborhoods, educate them on energy-saving solutions, and schedule consultations with our experienced Energy Consultants. While solar is a primary focus, you'll also introduce homeowners to our additional home improvement services, including HVAC, roofing, and electrical solutions.
This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and a clearly defined path for advancement. Many of our top-performing Appointment Setters advance into Energy Consultant (Closer) positions with substantially higher income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify their energy and home improvement needs.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, energy efficiency, and available incentive programs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home or virtual consultations with Empire Energy Consultants.
- Accurately document homeowner interactions and appointments using the company CRM.
- Represent Empire Energy with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Continuously develop your communication, prospecting, and objection-handling skills through ongoing coaching and training.
