Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage guest seating efficiently, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
- Manage the seating chart and seat guests promptly while maintaining an organized flow of service.
- Answer phone calls professionally, assist guests with questions, and accurately take reservations.
- Process takeout orders, ensure tickets are entered correctly, and complete transactions accurately.
- Receive and process Uber Eats and other third-party delivery orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance, host stand, and waiting area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and managers to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
