A Great Maintenance Opportunity in Little Rock
Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vantage Point Apartments on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.
If you’re a hands-on problem solver who knows your way around plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general apartment repairs, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Get:

Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You’ll Do:
-
Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
-
Turn and make-ready apartment units for new residents
-
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems
-
Handle interior and exterior painting and repairs
-
Perform preventative maintenance
-
Maintain grounds, common areas, and property appearance
-
Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized
-
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)
✅ What You Bring:
-
1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
-
HVAC, Boiler, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
-
Working knowledge of:
-
Plumbing, including copper pipe work
-
Electrical repairs, including outlets, fixtures, and switches
-
Appliance repair
-
Carpentry, drywall, and painting
-
Gas and electric water heater systems
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, plus the rotating on-call schedule
