Restaurant Server Responsibilities:

Welcoming and sitting guests promptly

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
-
Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly

Assisting with the cleaning of tables, clearing plates and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant while following sanitation procedures

Promptly greet guests, take orders, and accurately enter information into our POS system
Restaurant Server Skills
-
1+ years’ Server experience preferred
-
Wine knowledge preferred
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Highly developed interpersonal skills
-
Having a good sense of urgency is required
-
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
-
Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
-
High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
-
Strong customer service skills required
-
Valid Fayette County Food Handler's Card
-
Valid STAR certification in Kentucky
