Service Writer / Advisor
Lake Viking Marine, a regional leader in the marine industry, is looking to expand its service team. We are currently seeking a Service Writer / Advisor.

- Familiarity with sterndrive and outboard repair and maintenance
- Experience operating, or willingness to learn to operate, heavy equipment such as tractors and forklifts
- Willingness to complete manufacturer and industry training
- Ability to occasionally travel or stay overnight for boat shows and events
- Boating experience is a major plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Writing, tracking, and managing service work orders
- Interacting with customers in person and by phone
- Following up with customers throughout the service process
- Tracking technician efficiency and billable time
- Assisting with boat deliveries as needed
- Billing and collecting payment for completed service work

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
