Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and support customer support efforts with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents.
- Use office management skills to organize reservations, manage calendars, and coordinate guest services.
- Operate computer systems including Google Workspace for administrative tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing skills.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality strongly desired.
