Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM & Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Bilingual Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new things. In this role, you’ll assist customers by phone and email, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help find the right products and solutions.
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Provide customer support in Spanish and English
- Help customers with questions, concerns, and complaints
- Troubleshoot issues and identify the best solutions
- Provide accurate product and parts information
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Remain professional, patient, and compassionate during difficult conversations
- Learn new products, systems, and processes
- Meet customer service and productivity expectations
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Compassionate and patient approach to customer service
- Ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Comfortable learning technical and product information
- Mechanically inclined or interested in learning how products work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
You don't have to know everything on day one! We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, ask questions, and grow their skills.
Paid training is provided and includes classroom instruction followed by hands-on training with experienced team members. You’ll learn the company's systems, products, and processes one step at a time.
