The FMS Construction Services Cleaner reports to Special Services Supervisor and/or Crew Supervisor.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Clean Buildings
· Understanding and teaching how clean spaces impact clean environments, therefore promoting healthy communities.
· Performing regular scheduled cleaning and work considered under special projects or services in new construction and janitorial accounts
· Perform account compliance checklist
· Completing any assigned duties as directed by your supervisor
· Adhering to the policies and procedures in the FMS Policy Manual
· Handling employee outages and minor problems every day
· Keeping our buildings clean every day
· Communicating with your direct supervisor on a daily basis regarding account issues or concerns, including but not limited to:
· Outages
· Equipment/supply needs
· Cleaning issues
· Safety issues
· Employee concerns
· Keeping our closets and vehicles neat, orderly and stocked
· Assisting other team members in order to accomplish a common goal
· Following up and checking the work of your team throughout the shift and before leaving each shift
· Maintaining the same set of standards within all of your assigned accounts and

Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Completing any required daily paperwork
· Completing signed timesheets and submitting daily to Ops Admin.
· Following all required safety requirements
· Receipt of Work Order and the completion of work as described
· Ensure all necessary products and tools are on-hand
· Load/Unload of Vehicles
· Perform vehicle maintenance as instructed
· Customer contact and communication
· Follow and Enforce Safety Protocols
· Complete 30-day training
· Record T&M as required

Pay: $16.00 per hour
