NON-NEGOTIABLES (PLEASE READ)
This role is not for everyone. You must have:
- 2+ years of trades experience
- Leadership experience or natural leadership ability
- An A+ attitude (no drama, no victim mindset)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Pride in showing up on time, prepared, and professional
If you blame tools, weather, or other people for your results — this won’t be a fit.
